Senior Director of Operations

Hi! My name is Michelle, and I am the Senior Director at Lee & Me Psychiatry. I've always believed that kindness, compassion, and understanding can make a meaningful difference in someone's life. My passion for mental health has shown me the importance of creating a safe, supportive environment where people feel valued and cared for. Whether helping behind the scenes or supporting our team, I approach everything I do with empathy, a solution-focused mindset, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact. My hope is that everyone who interacts with me and our team feels welcomed, supported, and genuinely cared for.

Outside of work, I'm a proud mom who loves adventure, traveling, hiking, camping, gardening, and attending sporting events. I believe some of life's greatest joys are found in spending time with family, exploring new places, and appreciating the little moments along the way.
