As the Clinical Director  of Lee & Me Psychiatry, I am passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care that helps patients of all ages thrive. My goal is to create a welcoming environment where every patient feels heard, respected, and empowered throughout their mental health journey.

I hold two master's degrees in nursing: a Master of Science in Nursing Education and a Master of Science in Nursing as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. My background in both clinical practice and nursing education allows me to combine current, research-based treatment with a strong commitment to patient education and collaborative decision-making.

I believe that the best psychiatric care is built on trust, individualized treatment plans, and a genuine partnership between provider and patient. Whether helping someone navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, trauma, or other mental health concerns, I strive to meet each person where they are and provide care tailored to their unique needs and goals.

Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my two children, cooking and baking, traveling, hiking Colorado's beautiful trails, and relaxing with a good nonogram puzzle. These moments help me maintain balance and remind me of the importance of finding joy in everyday life.
