Laurie DeGraffe, OFFICE MANAGER

(she, her, hers)

Hello, I’m Laurie. I am the Office Manager here at Lee & Me Psychiatry, PLLC. I spend my life working with people and that is where I find true passion and drive. I decided to go to college and pursue this as a career field and knew that this was what I was meant to be doing.  I  believe that having compassion in this world is vital and working with people in crisis is one of the most important jobs a person can hold. Helping individuals to understand that it is okay to ask for assistance in meeting their needs is where I find joy in this journey.
I love to travel (especially in the Colorado Rocky Mountains), paint, laugh a lot and spend time with loved ones, when not snuggled up with my bunny, Houdini.

Ramona Williams, Admin.

(she, her, hers)

Hello, my name is Ramona. I am part of the wonderful Admin team here at Lee & Me Psychiatry. I am the person who most of you speak to when calling us. I am a full-time single mother who loves spending time with my daughter. Being a mother has influenced me to be more  kind, patient, and understanding. I like to reflect those qualities in my work ethic and bring a sense of comfort to those needing or seeking help with us. I want to express that this is a safe environment, and I’m happy to establish that connection here with all of you.

Jordyn Luna, Billing

(He, Him, His)

Hello, my name is Jordyn. I am the biller here at Lee & Me Psychiatry, PLLC. I have been a medical biller for the last five years after an injury stopped me from being able to pursue my nursing career. I started working in the healthcare field at a young age, working with developmentally disabled adults, where I realized there was a need for better healthcare professionals. After tearing my Achilles tendon and breaking an ankle, standing on my feet for hours as a nurse was no longer an option, so I pursued medical billing and coding. I like to think I can exercise my bedside manners in the billing side of healthcare because I can help patients with any questions they may have regarding their insurance and how claims are processed. Insurance can be confusing and frustrating, but I am here to help in any way I can. Being transgender, I also know what it is like searching for mental healthcare and a provider that will take you seriously. Here at Lee and Me, you will be treated with the utmost respect and know that it is a safe space where you can get the help you need. Should you have any questions, please reach out to me and I will do my best to guide you in any way possible.

Through this relationship, I aim to create an environment where you feel truly heard and seen, allowing for transformative change in your life. No matter where you are on your healing path or what you have been through, I am genuinely glad that you have chosen to be here, and I am fully prepared to assist you in reshaping your personal narrative, both in the past, present, and future.

DANIEL PORTER, PSYCHIATRIC NURSE PRACTITIONER

(He, Him, his)

Hi, I’m Daniel, a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental-Health Nurse Practitioner.

I started my nursing career here in Denver working in critical care in addition to being a Flight Nurse Instructor in the Air Force. After working as a travel nurse for a few years in New England I graduated from the University of Pennsylvania.

What drove me to the field of psychiatry was my love for fellow Veterans and a desire to help them recover from the invisible wounds of war. I have worked in the VA with Veterans with a wide array of mental health diagnoses.

My psychiatric experiences include an internship at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. While there I discovered a passion for working with adolescents. I’m excited to be a part of this team as I look forward to engaging with kids and teens along with adults and working together to better manage their mental health needs.

I look forward to helping with your psychiatric medication management needs and have extensive experience with a variety of mental health diagnoses to include Depression (Unipolar and Bipolar), Anxiety, ADHD, and PTSD.

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, snowboarding, golfing, or sharing a good laugh with friends.

ERICA EARHART,PMHNP-BC

(She, her, hers)

My practice style is founded on the belief that mental wellness is a basic right. I enjoy working with my
clients as their partner so that we can find the answers best suited to each individual’s needs. While so
many mental health struggles have been destigmatized, huge stigmas still remain when it comes to
managing addictions. I enjoy working with clients who are struggling with addiction and strive to provide
non-judgmental care with unconditional positive regard. I am comfortable prescribing various
medication-assisted treatments for addiction including suboxone, acamprosate, naltrexone, and others.
I also enjoy working with clients aged 8-108 who are seeking their best state of mental health but are
managing depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, and other mood and thought disorders that work against
the goal of living life to the fullest. My style of medication management is thoughtful and deliberate,
with safety as the primary driver of decision-making. I look forward to meeting you and making a plan to
reach your mental wellness goals!

Hello, I’m Tim, a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I initially received a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology back in Connecticut and then came to Colorado. I have always been interested in the mind-body connection and am very excited to work with new patients to help them define what they would like to work on and find a safe and effective path forward.
I have the aforementioned Bachelor’s in Psychology along with a Bachelor’s in the Science of Nursing and a Master’s in Nursing (Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner). I have gotten to work with people of all ages and many different diagnoses throughout my training and career.
