LAURIE SEMIEN, OFFICE MANAGER
(she, her, hers)
Hello, I’m Laurie. I am the Office Manager here at Lee & Me Psychiatry, PLLC. I spend my life working with people and that is where I find true passion and drive. I decided to go to college and pursue this as a career field and knew that this was what I was meant to be doing. I believe that having compassion in this world is vital and working with people in crisis is one of the most important jobs a person can hold. Helping individuals to understand that it is okay to ask for assistance in meeting their needs is where I find joy in this journey.
I love to travel (especially in the Colorado Rocky Mountains), paint, laugh a lot and spend time with loved ones, when not snuggled up with my bunny, Houdini.

DANIEL PORTER, PSYCHIATRIC NURSE PRACTITIONER
(He, Him, his)
Hi, I’m Daniel, a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental-Health Nurse Practitioner.
I started my nursing career here in Denver working in critical care in addition to being a Flight Nurse Instructor in the Air Force. After working as a travel nurse for a few years in New England I graduated from the University of Pennsylvania.
What drove me to the field of psychiatry was my love for fellow Veterans and a desire to help them recover from the invisible wounds of war. I have worked in the VA with Veterans with a wide array of mental health diagnoses.
My psychiatric experiences include an internship at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. While there I discovered a passion for working with adolescents. I’m excited to be a part of this team as I look forward to engaging with kids and teens along with adults and working together to better manage their mental health needs.
I look forward to helping with your psychiatric medication management needs and have extensive experience with a variety of mental health diagnoses to include Depression (Unipolar and Bipolar), Anxiety, ADHD, and PTSD.
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, snowboarding, golfing, or sharing a good laugh with friends.

ERICA EARHART,PMHNP-BC)
(She, her, hers)
Hello! My name is Erica and I am a registered nurse graduating with my Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner master’s degree from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus in December 2022. While I am now beginning a new career as a mental health provider, all of my nursing experience has been in the field of mental health and psychiatry by design because it is my passion.
My experience includes caring for patients on inpatient psychiatric units at the VA in both San Antonio and Denver, as well as in a residential program in the Denver suburbs serving unhoused dual-diagnosis veterans in different stages of recovery. As an army brat and a witness to the unique needs of veterans I have always enjoyed working with these individuals.
I recognize that trauma drives much of what we perceive as mental illness. Viewing clients’ presentations through this lens I truly enjoy working with those suffering from substance use disorders, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and anxiety. I believe that everyone deserves to find peace, joy, and happiness, and these values influence my practice. My client’s goals are my goals and working together we can find the solutions that can help restore the balance that everyone strives to experience.
In my spare time I love spending time with my family in the outdoors whether hiking, skiing, or floating on a river.

Hello, I’m Tim, a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I initially received a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology back in Connecticut and then came to Colorado. I have the aforementioned Bachelor’s in Psychology along with a Bachelor’s in the Science of Nursing and a Master’s in Nursing (Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner). I have gotten to work with people of all ages and many different diagnoses throughout my training and career.
